Description: Hi there

I need someone to set up an email newsletter template that I can update each month with text and images to send to our customers. I have a copy of another email newsletter style that I like, together with a rough draft of our version (these are attached). Will also supply our website details so you can view colors etc.

I'd need to be able to easily update it each month and would need some written instructions on how to do this so I don't completely stuff it up, including what pixel size for images, how to add links etc.

The template will need to be able to be edited in Word 2003 if possible (I also have Adobe CS3, limited experience), using PC, Windows Vista.

If you have experience with this type of work and can send some samples of similar projects, that would be great.
