Description: As a full-service Mortgage Processing Company, we are seeking “Work at Home” telemarketers to help expand our business. We need highly motivated individuals who are experienced telemarketers, or have a successful background in debt collections and/or customer service with excellent verbal communication skills.

Qualified candidates will be responsible for contacting new prospects by telephone (using our pre-selected call lists) to introduce them to our services, and will schedule all interested prospects for a follow-up appointment with our mortgage processing specialists.

General responsibilities include:

• Call potential customers and prospects
• Provide an overview of our services, and using a “Benefit Approach” explain how these services can benefit the potential customer
• Maintain records of contact with prospective customers
• Obtain/update basic contact information
• After qualifying leads, schedule appointments and follow-up (as necessary) with prospective customers

Successful candidates must be proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently, and have access to high speed internet, with unlimited long distance telephone service.

We pay a commission of $750 for each successfully signed new client after two loans have been submitted. This position will offer “unlimited” earning potential for experienced/motivated telemarketers.
