Assist with creating release plans for iterative projects
Guide me on facilitating meetings requiring technical resources or ensures that appropriate resources are available for meetings facilitated by the Change Manager.
Guide me on ensuring that dependencies on other business or technology teams/groups are identified for technical deliverables.
Guides me on how to work with Change Manager, PMO and Technology Business Manager on project financials
Guides me on how to ensures compliance with, and participation in, required pre-production forums and approval processes
Assist me in creating the technology budget, and ensuring that all charges to the project from technology are accurate.
Assist and/or train me on MS project task (i.e. set up a project from end to end leveraging MS project)
5+ years of experience leading large, highly visible projects
Experience building and defining MS Project plans
Very Strong written and verbal communication skills |
