| Description: |
As a Search & Placement Recruiter you will manage your individual pipeline of candidates into the job orders you receive from client companies.
1. Create and maintain relationships with America's top companies through development of leads lists, business development calls, onsite client presentations, and networking.
2. Grow and manage a portfolio of client accounts within your territory.
3. Create, grow, and maintain a database of candidates who are qualified matches for your job orders.
4. Upon receiving a job order and signed contract, discuss the specific opportunity with identified candidates by providing a complete background on the position, company, and industry.
5. Provide preparation and guidance to candidates prior to interview, as well as ongoing communication, advice and guidance throughout the hiring process.
6. Work with both the client and candidate to provide superior customer service and consultation.
