Description: I am seeking someone to develop a user-friendly software for my foreclosure prevention company. The software will need to be able to track and go to work as soon as a borrower goes in to default or foreclosure status formulating questions for loss mitigation staff to ask the borrower. The software will need to be able to pull an auto valuation of the homeowner property from Case Shiller Weiss Inc, order appraisal, order broker price opinion, customer script window, take financial information from the borrower, search for the highest and best option, basing the decision on the terms allowed by the investor, and recommend or pre-qualify the borrower for one or more workout options. Borrower etc., if you the individual who select this project and is familiar with loss mitigation process I am sure you have an ideal what I am seeking.

Description: Hello,

We need an advanced online collaboration solution with on AJAX-based interface. Linux hosting, DB and language is up to contractor. The solution will be using standard projects-tasks systems, graphs calendar and some other less important features. NDA and complete FS of the project will be given to the shortlisted bidders.

The closest examples of what we are to achieve:

weboffice, where we like the structure but dislike the interface which looks quite old
aheadoffice, which is having the interface we ideally would like reach, but doesn't have graphs and a couple of other features
