Description: I already place "well" on Google - mostly on the first page.  I used to be #1 for almost all my search queries and made some changes to my site 6 months ago (added subdomains) and it seems as though I have never climbed back up.

I am looking for someone to advise me on better content and maybe creating links withing the site to better build the site.

In yahoo and msn, I place #1, but Google is showing me to be a little more difficult in getting up there.

Common searches: "arizona nannies, scottsdale nanny, phoenix nanny agencies, arizona nanny, scottsdale babysitters, arizona newborn specialist, etc."

I would LOVE to be able to place better for "nanny" or "nannies", but it seems that it may be too broad of a search term.

So, I am looking for help with content and links - anything to help improve my placement in Google.
