Description: This is a different kind of bid request. We are NOT asking for a typical tangible deliverable such as lines of code or a graphic or an article. Instead, we are requesting bids for an OUTCOME.

We are looking for experts to migrate a new website to page 1 on Google USA, in positions between 1 and 10, for each of 3 keywords. (These positions are NOT for the locations of Google Adwords ads.) The experts who achieve this goal and enable us to remain on page 1 for all 3 keywords or one year will receive payments that exceed $4,000, depending upon the degree of their success. The work must be done with the utmost attention paid to Google’s rules and conditions and meet ethical and business standards. Unless you are prepared to commit to these requirements, we urge you to not place a bid. We reserve the right to cancel the contract immediately if the winning bidder engages in any of the activities prohibited below.

Our site is frequently updated and indexed regularly. When our 3 keywords appear in any position between 1 and 10 on Google USA within 90 days of the onset of this contract, and each word retains a position between 1 and 10 for another 30 days, the winning bidder will receive an initial payment of $500.  Every month thereafter, for the next 12 months, the winning bidder will receive another $100 for each one of the three keywords if it remains on its page 1. This means that the winning bidder could earn an additional $300/mo for the rest of the year. Our contract will be terminated with no further payments if all 3 keywords fail to remain in the top 20 positions for any month. No payments other than those just described will be made.

The winning bidder will have priority for similar work on our other web sites.

As a condition of your bid, you must specifically commit to NOT do any of the following:
1. Violate rules, guidelines and conditions established by Google
2. Build links from link farms or banned sites
3. Engage in any black hat link building
4. Use any technique that might damage our public image

Your bid must include the following:
1. An initial statement that says “I UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE AND TERMS OF YOUR PROJECT AND AGREE TO ADHERE TO YOUR CONDITIONS.”
2. A full description of the method(s) that you intend to use.

To be seriously considered for this project, you must
1. Have extensive experience in SEO optimization
2. Provide references to similar projects you have completed in a timely fashion for which you received good feedback.

We reserve the right to terminate the contract if our objectives are not met in a timely manner.

Description: I am searching for the right individual to do a pretty extensive link building campaign for us.  I am interested in roughly 90-95% back links.  I am not looking for pay links, link farms but natural, organic back links.  I have 3 keyword phrases that I have in mind and need to work building those.  I am looking at starting out with 1000 new link postings/social bookmarking/write ups, etc.., with possible additional several thousand links after I am satisfied with the first 1000.  This could be a nice long business relationship for the right person.

I will request unique IP's, unique domains,  unique content for each 100, I will be more than willing to help with and or supply content, I will want each set of links to be permanent (or at least as permanent as can be), and documented for me to be able to verify.
