Description: Need someone who is a self-starter who can "dig" into the web and locate vendors, craftsmen and wholesale furniture manufacturers for the rustic, log, cabin and outdoor furniture market.

We need much more than just a location of a website that drop-ships because many of the supposed "drop-shipper" and resellers are only selling other people's products and being middle-men.  I need to locate actual manufacturers and/or direct importers who can drop-ship from stock or drop-ship after they make the product... after my customers order.

This takes snooping on other websites that sell these products, drilling down to locate item numbers, manufacturer names, descriptions ... then doing searches to find the ultimate originating source.

Once located, you'll need to make contact with the manufacturere and secure catalogs, price lists, wholesale discount or price lists, CDs of product images and descriptions, dimensions and item numbers for entry into our ecommerce store database.

These ultimate products will be displayed in our eCommerce store online.  It is important that products are properly sourced, manufacturer details are noted and ordering procedures are documented for entry into our system.

If you are up to the task, you may come out an expert in rustic furniture.  Later we will move to the Rustic Southwest Furniture market and then to the Patio/Outdoor/Garden Furniture market.  If you perform well in this task, you could get the other jobs also.

Description: Court Research Career - USA applicants only

Immediate need for telecommuting individuals or teams who are looking for long-term, ongoing assignments.  Must be reliable, self-motivated and ready to start immediately.  Visits to local county offices are required during normal business hours.  Frequency of visits required for each county varies from daily to monthly, depending on the volume of documents to be researched.  

Independent 1099 court research contractors view legal documentation (e.g., mortgages, marriages, divorces, births, probates, foreclosures, liens, etc.) and gather specific information to enter into an electronic database or spreadsheet.  Reliable transportation, day care and flexible scheduling are a must.  Laptops, although not required for all counties, will expedite both speed and ease in completing research assignments and maximizing the potential hourly earnings rate.  Most assignments are paid per record submitted and the rate compensated varies depending on the complexity of assignment, with an average between $9-15/hr or more.  Weekly earnings depend on data volume of assignments.  Direct deposits made every 2 weeks.  Complete training provided.  No fees.  This is a work-from-home opportunity.  No experience required.  Start working this week.
