Description: Hi, I own a fitness website with customized diets & fitness plans that currently gets a very small amount of traffic due to lack of advertising and lack of awareness of my company. However, of the small amount of traffic that comes through my site, a very high percentage converts to actual sales.Currently, approximately 1 out of every 8 people visiting my site register for my program. There is a lot of potential for this company if I can increase awareness and traffic to my site. I'm looking for a public relations/marketing expert to help me increase brand awareness and traffic to my site. I already have a couple of publications that want to write about my site, and this alone will increase traffic. However, I'm looking for someone to really do a big media push and help spread the word about my company in time for the spring fitness rush. I am looking for someone to work for 2 months on a profit sharing arrangement. Basically the pay would be a percentage of gross proftis for up to 6 months after the first day of work. Payment would be on a bi-weekly basis. My site is intended to be a high volume site, and instead of converting 1 customer a day, I'm looking to increase traffic to the point where I'm converting approx. 40 clients a day
