Description: We are a small team of 4 lawyers with one IT/ support staff dealing with English and German speaking clients and will require regular (but not permanent) virtual assistance in the following fields: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Data Entry (simple book keeping), travel planning (mainly 1 of us is doing the travellling). You do not have to have any legal experience (also paralegals or law students are welcome) but an interest in Property/ Real Estate would help. We are located in a European time zone but you can be located anywhere in the world as long as we can contact you for at least 2 hours between 8.30am and 5.30pm London time.

Please also indicate the maximum amount of hours you would be available in any one week.

Description: I really didn't slow down to read this whole progrom, but I since I have the chance to speak up in this short little presentation, I will let you know just what I'm looking for in a job.  It's really easy, actually, I just like typing--word processing.  I used to work as a legal clerk at the Child Protection Services Agency (Social Services).  I typed various types of petitions;each with their own unique copying procedures.  I typed out warrants, carious petitions for the Juvenile courts and the Annex Criminal court, on Terraine Street, San Jose, Ca 95110.  I worked close with the supervisors to make sure their Social Workers were doing their work correctly, if not, then we's hear it from the Courts.  All my work went straight into the Judges, Commissioners, and Courts hands.  I typed these petitions and warrants on the (CWS) System.  It is the 2nd largest software program in the United States.  The Child Welfare System stored information so confidential to protect abused children from being found to go back to their abused enviironments.  It felt good to help abused children, and it's so sad there are so many still out there as we speak.  I know my legality, and esp. in many area's of law. I specialize in Immigration, Social Services, CALworks, Medi-CAL, Civil Litigation, and of course, the Child Welfare System.
