Description: We have a web design, programming and internet marketing company. We need someone to help with the task of project management.

This job involves becoming a member of our team, so would prefer an individual, but won't rule out a company. All work for our clients is confidential, therefore an NDA will be required.

The work will require you to outline the projects. Specifically for each individual project you will need to take all of the files from our clients; notes, messages, documents, images, files, etc and turn it into a detailed project description for our designers and programmers. We are looking for someone reliable that can turnaround the work quickly. Should have good communications skills, English language, excellent grammar and are an experienced project manager, or have other experience in clerical organization. It is a plus if you are familiar with the basic terminology used in web design and programming since that is our area of expertise.

Looking for a long term assistant for these administrative tasks. If we work well together, we would be interested in expanding upon tasks and responsibility. Prefer to communicate via email or Yahoo IM.
