Description: You will be supporting my primary admin assistant and our marketing coordinator. You will need a wide variety of skills including: high degree of computer literacy, email, internet searching, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, good phone and interpersonal skills along with an ability to articulate clearly with good grammar, experience with ACT, comfortable making non selling phone calls, and extremely organized. Most importantly you must be very dependable and conscientious. Please do not respond if you are prone to disorganization or frequent oversights. Job will start out as an approximately 50 hour project as a trial. This is a long term project, so performance will dictate ongoing work. If initial project performance is acceptable, job would move to 20 hours per week. Candidate will work from home and must have an environment that has no background noise. You will also need high speed internet access and fax service. We do not pay for long distance phone charges. Very important - you must contact my assistant Michele indicating your interest, hourly rate, what version of Windows (XP, XP Pro, etc.) you are using, and your contact info. Atlanta area is preferred but will accept applications from other US freelancers. Past admin experience required. Please have resume and references available.
