Description: We are USA based regional medical center. We are looking for service provider (From USA Only) for our requirement of Medical Transcription work. We have an average daily census of approximately two hundred seventy eight (278) patients, which includes behavioral health and excludes newborns. We are looking for qualified firms for both consistent and timely completion of reports which have been dictated. The service provider will be responsible for transcription of medical reports.
Scope of work:
1.) Provide timely and accurate transcription of all types of reports associated with acute care, primary care clinics with the capacity to move toward inclusion of reports associated with Emergency Medicine and Pathology at a future date.
2.) Provide telephone line access to us.
3.) Provide an on-site management system that gives access to at least one year’s worth of data.
4.) Be able to access the Radiology Information Systems (R.I.S.) and process Medical Imaging reports using the Mass 11 formats, which are a part of this system.
5.) Be able to print reports at our office (Medical Records and Medical Imaging).
6.) Be able to fax "stat" documents as needed during non-business hours and holidays.
7.) Provide transcription service on a 24 hour per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year basis.
8.) Provide text archives that are not time limited and voice archives for a minimum of 7 days.
9.) Provide a maximum of 4-hour response to any technical problem that might arise.
10.) Correct reports with transcription errors at no charge to us.
11.) Provide statistical reports & provide reprints on demand.
12.) Be able to meet Turn-a-round Times (TAT).

Payment will be done through EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) to the provider`s bank account or through Checks. Interested providers are requested to send their detailed proposal on or before 11:00 A.M. (Local Time) on Monday, July 14, 2008.
