Description: I need an engineer who can design and draw a strange apparatus that would attach to household toilets.

The item would preferably require no electric power or batteries, and would be triggered by a push button that would replace an existing toilet flush handle.  (Without removing the existing handle).

The idea is a joke item, that could be placed in unsuspecting toilets, that when the toilet flushes, instead of flushing, a burst of air or water forced the contents of the toilet bowl to splash high in the air.  My non engineer thought is that if a tube was inserted in the toilet bowl alongthe edge and hidden in the tank was a pillow of air that was released suddenly it would cause the contents to splash up fromt he bowl.

I am open to ideas and intrepretations.  I will need your design drawings to be designed in such a way, I will be able to get a prototype made overseas.

If you are up for this fun challenge, please bid and let me know how long it would take for you to turn awound designs that would work.
