Description: we are engaged in the preforeclosure business as consultants for our clients. we need an individual and then more to conduct loan/mortgage document audits to find any violations per all state, federal and consumer laws or regulations.

this person or persons must be familiar with this line of work - in addition, we may need this individual to be able to correctly prepare the complaint forms and documents to be sent out to the regulators, state and federal agencies as well as the lenders.

compensation is an unknown at this point - not sure if this would be paid out to this individual on a flat fee case per case or hourly. we are thinking more on a case by case basis, flat fee.
