Description: Looking for a Pcb and electronic circuit board designed to allow dual flash chips running seperate programing in place of a single. I am wanting a board designed that has 2 of 28f400bx Intel Flash chips and a way of switching for one to the other on the fly using 12v external power. The board will need to designed that allow pcb header of some form. as a header will need to be installed in place of the original single flash chip.

1. Develop a compact (pocket-size off-the-shelf) WiFi device that will connect to a standard cell phone's USB port, allowing the attached cell phone to utilize the prototype device to transmit and receive VoIP calls, send and receive data without using cell phone antenna, cell carrier network or cell minutes.
a. custom application resides on open source cell phone (Motorola) and WiFi device.
b. dialing from cell phone keypad or via address book/contacts list on cell phone
c. use the cell phone's speaker and microphone
2. Same as item 1 but with different OS (Java) cell phone
3. Same as item 1 but with different OS (Symbian) cell phone.
4. Develop a desktop model that allows multiple cell phones to make VoIP calls simultaneously.

Please provide proposal and bid on each phase and combined as a package; timeline for development and 3 similar project requirements.

End result from this project is the unencumbered and unrestricted rights to use the technology to expand on the technology and to go into production of the developed technology in the near future.

Description: I am in the Raleigh, NC area and will need a vendor within driving distance. I am a video editor who uses Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Flash in PC-based systems. I have to replace/buy new systems every few years and I'd like to start building my own. However, I don't have the computer hardware expertise.

This job is for someone to work with me (using the Adobe minimum specs I can provide) to design and build and edit system. I will buy the parts from whatever source is needed so that will not be part of the bid.

The objective of this project is for me to finish with a working PC High Def edit system and the knowledge of how to build my next system.
