OVERALL PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Build an Old assets Service System along with support for Classified Ads.  CODING NEEDS TO BE PHP/MYSQL ONLY
PROJECT SCOPE
This project would be divided into several milestones and payments would be made after the completion of those milestones.  I am open to bidder defining these milestones and we would finalise the same during the negotiation stage.
KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Extensive experience/ familiarity with Facebook functionalities and look and feel, Facebook privacy settings as our privacy settings are going to be more stringent, building multi – language web sites by managing different language tables rather than using Google translate and leveraging multiple geo – locations on google maps.  
BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS  
Following are a high level summary of requirements. A detailed set of requirements would be provided at the final bid stage.
There are 5 basic components/ players:  users (also called asset owners), Assets, Service Providers, Classified Ads  and site adminstrators.
A. Users
a. Users would create an account in the same way as accounts are opened in apps like at facebook.
b. Each user would have a profile (like the way we have in facebook etc) comprising of images, videos, data etc.
c. Capturing Location of each user is extremely important and we would leverage this information to show it on google maps.  While a user can specify multiple locations, there would be one default location.
d. User should have an option to keep some portion of their profile private, while they can share some other portion with selected members or make it public.
e. User create the asset data (described below) and make themselves as asset owners.  User/asset owners can also transfer asset ownerships to other users on the site.
f. UIs would show users profiles. User should be to able to see profiles of other users, to the extent they are shared by other users.
g. Users should be able to make friends/ groups based on individual interests and invite/ uninvite other user to the same
h. Users should be able to put the assets owned by them for sale on the same site thru a classified ad system (see below). At the same time, users should also be able to purchase the assets of other owners by bidding for them.  The payments for these could be either thru this site or directly and appropriate accounts need to be maintained for each party on the site.  
i. Users should be able to purchase services from the service providers (see below under service providers), book appointments for the service thru a calendar available to user/ service provider  and rank them after the service.
j. Users should be able to provide comments thru multiple locations – personal profiles, assets, classified ads etc
k. User should be able to email information from the site ( like profiles, classified ads etc) to anyone else and inviting them to them site.
l. A user should be able to review/edit his account for things like user profiles, asset owned by him, services purchased or sold by him and payments/ credits on his account.  Each user would also have his own message center to capture messages sent by him or received by him.
m. A user or a guest at the site should be able to search for a user, asset, classified ad etc and view results based on the privacy set for the same.
B. Assets
a. Typical example of a site is like an automobile owned by the user
b. Each asset would have a profile ( like the way we have in facebook etc) comprising of images, videos, data, past maintenance data etc.
c. To set the system going on assets, lots of different profile templates would be provided. Users would pick one of these templates and then improve it further by providing their own information.
d. Each asset could have one or more owner. Under some cases, assets may not have any owners at all.
e. In addition, each asset would be classified under different ‘types’ and each type would then have multiple categories.  
f. Each asset would have also multiple attributes in a tree structure eg: level 1 attributes would have multiple level2 under it and each level 2 would have multiple level 3 under them and so on.
g. It should be possible to store transaction data at any level of attributes described above.
h. Transaction data would comprise of images, audio/ video files, and usual other alphanumeric information.  
i. UIs would include asset definitions and querying assets and then displaying assets data – asset profiles, transactions data and asset owner details.

Description: Hi,

We have an old CyberCash module on our ASP site.  We are in the process of building a new website (that's taking much longer than expected).  Currently our shopping cart does not work because no one supports CyberCash any longer or has the proper software on the servers so it can talk to the Pay Flow Pro Gateway.  We're looking for a "Temporary Fix" to see if we can reroute our system to a PayPal module for payment so that our customers can order online.  We have lost over 50% of our business traffic because we cannot take online orders.

We do Medical Continuing Education.  When a customer makes a purchase online they can get to the point of payment after they enter their CC information, but then get an error because it can't connect to the Pay Flow Pro Gateway.  We need to be able to bypass this and reroute them to a PayPal module for now, then relink them back to our site so that they can access their courses that they purchased.
