Description: It is client-server solution for windows mobile devices (pda and smartphone, selected from backoffice). Will be the most affordable sfa solution because the target is medium & small companies.
-must work online (gprs) & offline.
-must have posibility to print invoice directly (for van sales sistem) using wifi
connection (not wired connection) with  wifi print server. We want to use regular inkjet printer or dot matrix printer.
-the printing must have two option:
 1.use regular A4 paper (80g/m2) and all information  is loaded from backoffice,
 Lines, info about companie, selled products, vat,  etc.
 2. use personalized paper (on A4  80g/m2  or A4 paper for dot matrix) and the mobile solution print just selled product.
-order interface must have two differend style : simple list of article  and a sistem for article who use size & colours ( matrix way to view the stoc and to introduce the ordered quantities. Details after final decision.)
-mobile solution must have option to use different qualities: 320x240  or 640x480 (VGA)

-must have protection against unautorized use in this way:
1. backoffice will have permission to be used after  our central server permission,  using IP & server mac address, for a week.
2. every smartphone or pda used , must work only if it have permision from  
 backoffice software (and back office have permission for every mobile device,  from our central server to include this device in network), also using IP & mac (for online use) and devices mac (for offline use).
Delivery time is negociable.
This is the first solution we have need.

Details:

Users log into the CRM and have a very user friendly, easy CRM functioning database system to use. We would like this CRM to be very easy to use with a high graphic interface. We want it to look very inviting for people to use.

Also be able to function as a good CRM. Not an amazing CRM. Just good. We are looking to cut out all of the useless stuff and offer a pure and simple system for sales people.

We would also like for this system to be able to use call data and produce graphs or charts or something that looks impressive at a click of a button.

We want people to login and not have to learn a lot about how to use it before they use it.

Users log in, they can upload a list in csv format as well as export. Book times for meetings and conferences, see where a sale is at in the sales cycle, basically just manage their sales quickly.
