We are from Flo-Dyne Ltd, has been in business since 1982 in providing customized solution to reduce noise pollution, flow control, pumping system.

We sell three products.

1. Silencers.

There are two main type of silencer, atmospheric vent silencer- our model type BOS and in-line silencers - our model type CIS. We have many more type of silencers

Vent silencers are used wherever gases or vapours such as stream, air, nitrogen, oxygen, natural gas or any other process gas is vented to atmosphere from high pressure.

Typical customers are industrial gas producers, main contractors, power generation, paper production.

In-line silencers are often used by the gas industry but find application on equipment such as axial or centrifugal compressors and rotary blowers.

Silencers are used to reduce the noise level to a level acceptable to Health and Safety regulations.
The noise level you will most often see requested is 85dB(A) at 1 metre.

2. Pulsation Dampeners

We sell pulsation dampeners for use with reciprocating pumps, normaly with three cylinders or more.

We have a design for the discharge and a design for the suction side. The customisation is done as per customer’s need/requirement of system after study.

3. Surge suppression systems

We design and package surge suppression systems for drinking water pumping systems.
These systems comprise of a surge tank, maybe something between 10m3 and 150m3, a compressor, an air release valve and  control control system to start and stop the compressor and release air as may be required to position the water level in the tank at the correct height.
