Description: I need a database designed for my website.  vTiger CRM 5 is an open source platform with much work already done and I don't mind using it as a starting point and customizing it for this project.  The purpose is for sales tracking, after-sale account servicing, and reporting and account management.

THE primary responsibility of the bidder will be to aid in customizing vTiger CRM 5 to fit what I do.

When I am out in the field, I have a PC that I enter data in after talking with each prospect.  This platform would need to have an OFFLINE component that could be synchronized with the online database after information was entered.  All relative data in the dbase should be synced between the host/client platforms depending on the user (this is a multi user environment, and not everyone has access to everyone else's records, therefore, one would need a way to share and grant privileges on a record by record basis).

I want clients to be able to log on and file claims, request service, request changes to their accounts, etc.

Also, the winning bidder will have the responsibility of showing me how to use and administer the system, including setup.  Any needed tech support after this will need to be provided at an agreed upon rate and I am looking for someone that can be on call if needed.
