Description: I require an accurate data entry person to enter data into an Excel spreadsheet from a website containing details of real estate properties and owners.

There are over 2000 properties, however this project will be a trial for the selected provider to check accuracy and capability for on-going work, so data entry for 300 properties is required for this project.

There are approximately 20 fields (columns) to be populated in the spreadsheet from the website eg First Name, Last Name, Property Address, Suburb, State, Postcode, Land Area, Property Type etc. The data is contained on 2 web pages (i.e. each property consists of 2 screens that the data must be captured from).

There are various ways to capture the data:

1. Individual fields could be copied and pasted into Excel (however cases may need to be changed)
2. Some data (but not all) can be exported into Excel from the website and then manipulated
3. Straight data entry from the 2 screens
4. Combination of the above.

I am not sure of the fastest method - I will leave this to you, as long as each field is in the case required.
