Before we bring you on full time we will need you to connect us with every boss you have had the past 10 years so that we can perform and in depth reference interview. Description: I am looking for a Spanish speaking customer service representative to call past clients living throughout the United States (most of them are Spanish speaking in the Pacific Time Zone).  This position will require mostly making calls to explain information to past clients and taking detailed call notes in English. The right candidate must enjoy talking with people, have a pleasant voice, and have excellent phone skills. Most of the calling to be done during the week but some calling may need to take place on weekends (Saturdays mostly). Calls to be done from your location. Flexibility in availability is key to be able to speak with customers at times convenient for them. We are looking to create a long term professional relationship with a customer service person that we can trust and send more work to( for example we will also need calling to survey the customers on the quality of the service we provided, reschedule appointments, return calls to answer their question, etc).
