Description: We are looking to recruit for a limited time, a small number of Mystery Shoppers. As a Mystery Shopper you will be acting as a consumer where you will get paid for your feedback, by testing and trying out various online products and services.

There is a huge demand for mystery shoppers in today’s competitive online business world. Many online companies need to monitor the quality of their services / products and find out how their customers are being treated and they need to know what average consumers ­ just like you, think about their products and services. As an online mystery shopper you will be helping these companies to optimize their customers experience on all levels.

Additional Information:

Payment: You will be paid $10 per hour.

You will be required to complete a working trial to find out if you are suitable for the work and also to see if you enjoy working for us.

Some of the Mystery Shopping tasks will require you to pay for a product / service using your own valid credit card. Any costs you may incur will be paid to you BEFORE you use your credit card.

We are currently only recruiting workers from the United States. If you are not from the United States, please do not apply for this position, your application will not be approved.

The work is straight forward and simple, no specific skills are needed.

The work can be carried out on a full time or part time basis and the working hours are flexible.

Description: I will be starting a website in a few weeks and anticipate a need for many customer service reps to answer very basic questions exclusively via email.

The website is membership based.  Members can earn money by sponsoring other members.  Most of your questions will relate to our advertising systems, commission questions, and sponsoring questions.

Reps will be fully trained via conference calls, videos, and audios.  This is such a simple business that likely one day of training is all that you'll need.

Essentially, we will forward customer service inquiries to you via email.  You will be responsible for timely resolution of the customer service ticket.

Because we will interact with you over the phone from time to time it is necessary that you speak english very well.

This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, monday-friday, 9-5 Pacific Time.

All emails sent to you must be promptly and satisfactorily handled.  Upon early review of your work we will either give you a raise or let you go, depending upon your customer service scores from our members.

When you have downtime between emails you will be placing free advertisement for me on the internet and sending a daily report as to how many ads were placed and where.

This will be easy, convenient work, but only for serious professionals who will consistently deliver superior results.

Please bid your services for a 40 hour week.
