Description: I am looking for an experienced headline writer to help develop engaging headlines for a new real estate website. The website will be a resource for home sellers in Chevy Chase, MD and will showcase the refined, casually elegant lifestyle the area offers. The headlines should reflect this unique target market and be compelling & exciting.

- Need compelling emails (with subject line) that provides values. Very important that they feel this is serious and honest, not a scam by any means.
- Take an interesting, informative approach to the subject matter.
- Content should not sound like sales pitch.
- A minimum of 400-500 words/each series to adequately cover the topic.
- Persuasive and free-flowing writing style.

This is an easy job for writer with excellent writing skills. A very easy topic to take on as information is readily available on Internet.
