• Experience with deploying Ruby on Rails rich and/or web client applications in a high-availability, clustered environment.
• Exemplary general IT knowledge (applications development, testing, deployment, operations, documentation, standards, best practices, security, hardware, networking, OS, DBMS, middleware, etc.) in a corporate environment.
• Full life-cycle development experience, including large-scale applications.
• Expertise and experience in lightweight, rapid development, agile methodologies.
• Experience in estimating and measuring project velocity.
• Experience with interaction with legacy systems and phased application integration.

Description: Dear Service Provider

I am founder of two online food ordering portal in UK. The company offers online food ordering Services which serves a wide range of citizens in UK ( serving Australia and and will serve Asia soon ). The end users can log on to the web site to order food featuring range of restaurants cuisine that will be easily accessed .When the order is placed by the customer (end user) ,it would be confirmed with the restaurants by the customer service team. Alternatively, the orders can be placed directly with restaurant through the fax, emails and text message (automated service provided).

I intend to open another company in UK (Later in Australia and India) with the same concept however, a back-end Call Center process will be set up in India .|Initially a team of 5 -6 members is required to process the order system in India which will increase to 10-12 members in the within the next 6 months (experienced by former companies). This back end process will soon be shifted to India in the following months.
