I'm looking for 15 black and white and then 1 in colour for a front cover. The images need to fit A4. I'll be releasing the pages as individual downloads plus as an ebook online, torrents and possibly a printed version. Artist/illustrator receives credit. Feel free to bid for a single image or the whole project. If it ends up with multiple illustrators then credit will be on each page.

The celebrity should look like the celebrity also. :-)

If you bid for the entire project and win then images will be expected to be sent as they are completed.

Why am I doing this project? I want hilarious things to exist in the world and I think this will be funny.

Description: I am looking for a cartoonist to collaborate with on a business book I am submitting for publication. When published, the book will be approximately 250 in pages in length and will have one (1) drawing per page.

Requirements:
* The drawings will be used to illustrate different one-line phrases about good business practices.

* The main character is tentatively named "Jesse" and represents an “average businessperson”. Jesse is unisex and must be iconic enough to be easily recognizable to the readers. Most of the panels will have Jesse in a variety of simple situations. Jesse must be able to convey emotion. Other characters and simple objects will occasionally be used in the panels depending on the message being communicated by the phrase.

* The drawing style I’m looking for is simple black-and-white figures. Stick figures or figures with very simple features and bodies are the idea here.

For the bidding, I will need you to submit one drawing of “Jesse” that captures the essence of the following phrase: "Being a good boss means seeing the diamonds in the rough". It is meant to convey the idea that everybody has strengths - even the "worst" employees.

The winning bid will be determined by not only the drawing but by the artist’s interpretation of the phrase. Think about effectively communicating the message. But at the same time, think simple.

This drawing will be included with the book proposal I am submitting to publishers. When accepted for publication, the 250 drawings will need to be completed by the deadline set by the publisher (TBD).

Regarding compensation, I would like to negotiate a percentage of the profits from book sales and merchandising with the artist. I realize this is a risk to you, but the rewards are potentially much greater. I have received exceptionally favorable feedback on the book’s manuscript from experts in my field, so I anticipate very good sales. However, if you are not open to the idea of an author/illustrator partnership, then please include your bid.

Description: We are looking for an image to act as a taster for a Christmas animation we have in development.

The image is of a young boy kneeling in snow, about to pick up an old pocket watch out of the snow.

There's a traditional old country house in the background. It is nighttime. Its a magical scene. The style should be traditional disney-esque 2D.

Description: I am looking for a colorist for a sci-fi comic - and specifically I mean digital as the artwork will be inked, detailed line work scanned at 300 dpi and given to you as a large JPG.

Some basics for the project:
Art is being penciled and inked by Caesar  [see sample attached]
The series is scheduled for 3 issues with the hope of becoming ongoing
All art will be web comics only (with voice-over narration, original music, and a lot more - this is a different kind of comic)
The comic is R-Rated, sci-fi and action

Anyone applying, I will need samples of your work and your normal per-page rate. This project will be a modification of that since many of our "pages" have multiple panels that replace panels or shrink/grow based on the story.
