What I need done:
My company creates custom scrub tops/uniforms, and I live in Austin, TX, USA. I need someone to mail out postcards to clinics within the list. The list is composed of dental clinics, vet clinics, spas, and homehealth agencies. After the postcards are mailed out, I need to have someone follow up in 7 days from the initial mailing by calling the clinic, setting up appointments to view the tops, and do a thank you email within 2 days after the appointment is concluded.
Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
The lists are already compiled and the postcards are already printed. I have also sent the jpeg file if necessary or mail the postcards to the actual site for mail out. I will need someone to do the thank you email for the follow-up. I also have a script regarding the follow-up call and setting up the appointment.
Specific expertise that I am seeking:
I am seeking someone with good, understandable English. I am also interested in someone with experience in the clothing industry (not mandatory) and who understands what our goal as a company is.
Timeframe for delivery:
I would like to have this list finished by Wednesday, April 30, 2008. I would like the follow-up call to be done by Monday May 5, 2008 with appointments being set at that time. |
