As a fresh, start up Real Estate Agency (based in St Kilda & Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia) the 2 principals want to produce 2 "Market Overviews" on an annual basis with a shorter, quarterly report posted on our website 4 times a year (separate tender). Our point of difference will be that we are the Agency to come to for information about the real estate market, before potential vendors/ buyers actually need an agent.
It is envisaged that each report will have a summary of the relative markets for 2009; demographic profile of the suburb, price movements; auction clearance rates, number of transactions for the year, local council activity, etc.
The 2 principals already have a lot of information to provide to the successful tenderer which can be included in the 2 Reports. |
