Entry requirements:
3D modelers, with ability to model accurately inorganic or organic model, with any of the most common 3D softwares (and export it to a common format i.e. obj, 3ds, fbx, maya.a/b...)  
3D riggers/animators: with basic abilities to rig/animate in 3ds or maya (cars, planes, characters).
Payment will be discussed further in details with interested individuals, but generally will be in the form of shared percentage on the projects income.
